Direct Deposit
Please contact us via email (info@angelicalingerie.com.au) or phone (03 9689 2396) to place an order using Direct Deposit - the online store does not accept Direct Deposit transactions.

Our new website integrates with PayPal over a secure connection, so your personal and payment information is always safe and secure. PayPal is quick, convenient, and doesn't require a credit card. Simply select "PayPal" when Checking Out to login to PayPal or create a new account.

Postage & Handling
Postage within Australia
Angelica offers a special postage rate for all orders placed online, within Australia- $8.50 flat rate (Australian) per order, sent via Australia Post Express Parcel.
If we receive your order before 1 PM on a business day, and the item is in stock, we can send it out the same day. Any major city suburb within the Australia Post Express Post "Next Business Day" area will get it the next business day.
Postage outside Australia
Please contact info@angelicalingerie.com.au for assistance when delivering to outside Australia, BEFORE you place the order.
Our Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange or refund your money, in accordance with the "Return & Refund" and "Return & Exchange" sections below.
Please note we do not accept returns for exchange or refund of items in the "Sale Items" section of our website catalogue, except where items are faulty (see "Return of Faulty Goods" below).
How do I return something?

Return & Refund
To return an item, include the receipt that you received with your parcel. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage fee (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
Return & Exchange
If you would like to exchange for a different colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above, and include $8.50 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for re-delivery within Australia.
Return of Faulty Goods
Please contact us on (03) 9689 2396 or email us at info@angelicalingerie.com.au if your goods are faulty, damaged or otherwise not as advertised. We observe Consumer Affairs Victoria's Refund Law Guidelines which ensure customer satisfaction.
